Time for bed but...

I've got a stockpot on the go and am I glad for electric! My twin hotplate electric "stove" allows me to get right down to a proper simmer, ie a bubble every now and then, and I'm quite prepared to leave it doing that for the rest of the night, which is something I wouldn't dare do using my gas hob. Luckily I have both as a choice and here, tonight, the electric option scores. Tomorrow (actually later today) I know my stock will be perfect, just perfect.
